- Personal Experience
Scott has 20 years legal experience in a broad range of areas and has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Laws degrees. His early experience in private practice was in commercial, property, wills and estates and family law, giving him a strong grounding in legal practice and procedure. For almost 8 years Scott was General Counsel leading a team of lawyers for a large national contracting company, gaining significant experience in building and construction, property and general commercial and contract law. In his current practice as a barrister, Scott draws on his extensive experience in the law and the advocacy process to provide sensible and practical legal advice and, where necessary, strongly represent clients in the courts and tribunals.
