This website is funded entirely on court lawyer’s membership fees.

Every Court Lawyer has his/her individual cost policy.

Instructions to Court Lawyers must be prefaced by a written cost agreement; no Lawyer/client relationship exists if that formality is not completed.

Court Lawyers normally charge costs on an hourly or daily basis. It is recommend on initial contact an enquiry be made to ascertain the practitioner's estimate of costs and expenses, and the manner of payment.

Court Lawyers may offer conditional cost agreements, commonly referred to as "no win, no pay" arrangements. Bear in mind that it is only the client's solicitor's costs that are contingent, and failure normally means you have to pay your successful opponent's legal costs. Independent legal advice should be obtained before signing such a Cost Agreement.
