Any Court Lawyer, which includes a barrister, solicitor, a law firm, court agent, who practices in any of the Australian Courts, Tribunals, or quasi-Courts listed in this website, is welcome to apply for listing on www.courtappearances.com.au

Important Information

All listings on this Website are automatically renewed each year, unless advised to the contrary.
Court Lawyers practising as solicitors are automatically listed as Court Agents.
Accredited Specialists may list their specialist legal services in this Directory by purchasing a Silver Listing.
Barristers' Chambers have been given a free Bronze Listing in this Directory, but may upgrade to a Silver Listing. Email your enquiry.

Basic

A Basic Listing costs $25.00 plus GST per annum and is limited to two (2) nominated Courts within your State, Territory and Region.

Bronze

A Bronze Listing costs $50.00 plus GST per annum and is limited to three (3) nominated Courts within your State, Territory and Region.
An additional $15.00 plus GST is payable for any additional Court nominated.

- Description (legal firm, barrister, sole practitioner)

Silver

A Silver Listing costs $125.00 plus GST per annum and is limited to five (5) nominated Courts within your State, Territory and Region.
An additional $15.00 plus GST is payable for any additional Court nominated.
Particulars published are:
- Same details as Bronze Listing, plus...
- Priority position - name of legal firm or practitioner appears at top of court directory page, beneath Gold subscriber but above Bronze and Basic subscribers, in order of receipt
- Legal firm's logo or passport style image of practitioner displayed on top right hand corner of web page
- Your website address published, and linked
- Three (3) areas of law in which you may specialise listed free of charge
- Additional areas of law available at cost of $15.00 plus GST
- Ten (10) lines of personal experience text
- Ten (10) lines of areas of law text

Gold

Gold Listings have identical features to Silver Listings, but are reserved for legal firms or practitioners who have purchased exclusive court listings in one of our Court Guides published in a State or Territory Law Society Diary/Directory.
Gold Listings have listing priority over other listings on lead-in court directory pages.
